The Accident Management solution was developed entirely with the Orchard Housing BPM and Case management toolkit, for bpha.

It is designed to allow bpha to record and manage incidents and near misses. The solution was transferred to the live system on 9th August.

The solution allows all data to be stored, managed and reported on from within the core housing management system.
